Stop Eating Junk Food & Start Eating Organic

  1. Pull from ADD/ADHD Diet:
  2. Dairy products (Produces mucus & about 60% of individuals are lactose intolerant)
  3. Fried food (Metabolizes into neurotoxins)
  4. Processed foods (Stay away from Nitrites, chemicals you can’t pronounce, all neurotoxins & carcinogenic)
  5. Sodas (Highly acidic which lowers pH)
  6. Cut Sugar intake by 90% (Stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup)
  7. MSG (Excites neurons to death)
  8. Artificial colors (Usually made from petroleum & are neurotoxins)
  9. Junk food (If it comes in a wrapper, don’t eat it!)
  10. Artificial sweeteners (Also neurotoxins, try a natural sweetener Stevia)
  11. Trans Fat (Partially hydrogenated) or Hydrogenated oils (also neurotoxins & carcinogenic)
  12. Limit amount of phosphate (Hafer diet).

Understand that organic food NOT only means produces or meats that are rich in nutrients and minerals BUT that they are free of MSG, partially and hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, antibiotics, hormones, GMO, artificial colors, dyes, and preservatives. It’s hard for a child's system to break down these toxins especially when their bodies are still growing and developing. And what is ADD/ADHD again? If you remember, it's a neurological disorder. I hope you have noticed that artificial dyes, colors, flavors, etc are all neurotoxins. Neurotoxins alter the nervous system by causing damage to nervous tissue and it also can kill neurons. ADD/ADHD can't afford to lose anymore neurotransmitters since they are already highly deficient. Are you starting to understand how crucial it is to pull this junk from their diet?
