TIP: But if you are wanting to maximize the freshness of cut fruit, you can juice 1/2 lemon and toss fruit with it or you can dissolve a vitamin C capsule and soak fruit in it for about 5 mins. This will keep fruit from turning brown by coating them with antioxidants.
Which is better, Flax seeds or Flax seed oils?

Flaxseeds are difficult on the digestive system, so you will have to grind them first prior to recipe or smoothie. They also deteriorate quickly so keep seeds in the refrigerator. As far as which is better, take them both. Flax seeds will have more fiber and Flax seed oil will be more concentrated minus the fiber. Used together, both will serve wonderful benefits.
